Your LOGIN NAME is your Gremlin customer ID (which appears on all statements, invoices and delivery notes). This must be entered in CAPITAL LETTERS and omitting any spaces (e.g. J SHOP should be entered JSHOP)
Your PASSWORD is your postal or zip code in CAPITALS, and without any spaces (e.g. GU64EE)
If you are unable to log on after reading this, call us for help on 01903 203044 and we will reset your username and password for you. You will only be able to log on at all if you are an existing Gremlin account customer. If you would like an account with Gremlin please call us and after placing your first order, you will then be able to order online in future.
